Long-term pharmacotherapy of giant prolactinomas

Giant prolactinomas (GPs) are prolactin secreting pituitary adenomas (PitNETs) ≥4 cm, usually with prolactinaemia over 1000 mg/l and without co-secretion of other hormones.
